Investor Support Manager
Your future responsibilities:
Provide professional support to existing investors across Europe via phone and email.
Oversee and consult on the registration process for new investors.
Propose ideas and suggestions for improving company operations.
Continuously improve the product and existing processes, and prepare improvement proposals.
We expect you to:
Have experience in customer service (experience in a financial institution is a plus).
Be interested in investment products and able to compare and analyze them.
Have investing experience (a plus).
Be fluent in English (knowledge of German is a strong advantage).
Have good computer skills.
Be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to think quickly and efficiently.
Salary is up to 2000 Eur/gross. Final decision will depend on your experience and qualifications.
