Your future responsibilities:

• Build and develop relationships with existing and potential “Paskolų klubas” clients (via phone and email);

• Assess clients’ creditworthiness and provide possible loan offers;

• Process applications and enter data into the system;

• Strive to achieve and implement set sales targets;

• Ensure a high quality of your work within the company.

We expect you to:

• A desire to work in the finance sector and learn the nuances of selling and consulting financial services (similar experience is an advantage);

• Excellent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written;

• Good knowledge of English and/or Russian;

• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook);

• Strong communication and articulation skills;

• Results-oriented mindset;

• Good analytical and organizational abilities, strong numerical skills, and logical thinking;

• Ability to work on a shift schedule (including weekends).

Salary range is 1303-2800 Eur/gross. Final decision will depend on your experience and qualifications.
